Welcome to Elegant Soirée LLC. By purchasing products or services from Elegant Soirée LLC, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

Elegant Soirée LLC specializes in custom party favors, personalized merchandise, and event décor services. Because most products are custom-made and personalized, specific policies apply regarding order processing, production timelines, cancellations, and refunds.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

All Elegant Soirée LLC products are custom-designed and personalized according to the details provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information including:

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the client.

A design proof will be provided within approximately 2-3 business days after an order is placed.

Clients must review all design proofs carefully before approval.

Please verify:

If the client does not respond within 48 hours of receiving the proof, the design will automatically move forward into production as originally submitted.

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the client during the proofing process.

Standard processing time for custom orders is 3–4 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Production begins after proof approval and payment confirmation.

Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity.

Orders needed in less than 2 weeks may require a rush order fee.

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Elegant Soirée LLC does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom merchandise or personalized items.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

For event décor services, including installations such as College Decision Day setups, balloon décor, or custom room styling, the following policies apply:

• A deposit may be required to secure your installation date

• Deposits are non-refundable

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to installation

• Clients must ensure access to the setup location at the scheduled time

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

venue restrictions

building access limitations

client scheduling changes

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details

• Responding promptly to design proofs

• Ensuring a safe installation space for décor services

• Protecting items after delivery or installation

Once items are delivered or installed, Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for damage caused by weather, misuse, or mishandling.

Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and may vary.

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Clients must ensure the shipping address provided is correct.

All designs, graphics, product layouts, and digital materials created by Elegant Soirée LLC remain the intellectual property of Elegant Soirée LLC.

Designs may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without written permission.

Elegant Soirée LLC reserves the right to photograph and use images of completed products or event setups for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Elegant Soirée LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service purchased.

By placing an order with Elegant Soirée LLC, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
