Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• shipping carrier delays

• weather conditions

• holidays

• incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• circumstances beyond our control

Once an order has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately before the order ships.

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Elegant Soirée LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

• photos of the damaged item

• photos of the packaging

• your order number

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Elegant Soirée LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

Local pickup may be available for customers located in the Chicago area.

Pickup instructions and scheduling details will be provided once your order is ready.
